The gong is a guide. There is no need to be upset over any outside noises, advertisements, thoughts... interruptions.. because it's all just noise. You might have strayed from your meditation, and put meaning behind these ads , ie: making the uploader out to be a shill. Be like water, humble yourself , the musician must also pay their taxes. Let the noise ripple through you, let it calm on its own ... let whatever sound pass through, as if it were just a buzz of the gong .. lest you try and smooth rough waves with an iron, come back to me when you have succeeded in that 😏.

Is there a 12 hour playback on this specific one ? I listen to this at night and at home and may start to use it at work. This seriously calms and relaxes me
You can see where the ad mark (it’s yellow)is in this video, start video after that mark and it’s still nice and long. I don’t like the other ones on UA-cam and listen from my phone so not sure how ad blockers would work. Other than the ads I have no complaints and this is played on regular rotation at night for my little girls👍
If you don't like the ads and you don't want to use ad block, skip to towards the end of the video, right click on the video, and click loop. This will loop the video, but most importantly, the ads will disappear after it loops.
