I seen the first art car in a private museum in Sanoma county by Napa this family made a wine vineyard into a museum they collected art from all over the California bay area, the museum had just about every kinda. Art you can think of. Any how the first art car came from Los Angeles it had a bunch of stuff glued all over the car. Judging by the antiques that was glued on the car you couldn't see every thing that was on the car in one day. I notice something on it every time I looked at that I didn't see the first time. The museum is open by appointments only. It's huge they even have a lake and hiking trails that art sculptures on the trails. They even had a Volkswagen hanging from a tree. There is just so much to see it's impossible to see everything on one day visit. The owner was collecting art for year's.
