I don't really get the hate on this ship, fans will ship whomever they want for the silliest reasons. I like how this ship can be read as platonic or romantic or something else, their relationship is complex and I like that the team of the show kept it that way.
a lot of pp dont like that his white hetero "hero" is called gay, even more when he is in a relationship and are others homosexual couples, personaly i dont care and i see him in a poly relationship w/ both of them
@starseeed listen im all for platonic relations between men and not forcing everything to be a romance - really, i am, i go out of my way in my own (amateur) works to feature such dynamics and they're an important part of my real life. HOWEVER idk what the hell i would even call Jayce and Viktor's dynamic at the end of s2 but my actual real life relations with men weren't even half as gay as whatever that was lmao
@@marcog.verbruggen674 ion know man, they really give out brother vibes so it just makes me feel weird when people ship em. i understand it looked gay as hell lmao, but i feel its because they have ascended to a higher state and are truly bros till the end. but then again thats my view
I'm so glad you talked about the diversity and complexity of asexuality! I know people who feel no sexual attraction, but are fully romantic with their partners. I didn't personally read Viktor as ace, but even if he was it wouldn't necessarily stop the ship from being romantic 🧡
putting all discussion of shipping aside (gods I fucking hate fandoms) Arcane is very canon. In fact, the entire lore team was put on hold for a long time after it came out, as the success of the series prompted the shareholders to require the canon be changed to match Arcane.

@@cruellsfelipedonoso6109 its because not every lovely dynamic needs to be made a romantic one... why cant they just be homies, true brothers
People are just mad they didn't survive to get their happy ending but they got the lesbian pair instead

@@T.Florenz aw thanks.
Ok, cait and vi "just a friends" was funny but Jayce and Vic are friends.
Too many immature arcane fans. This fandom is cringe af
they are just bros but arcane is non canon, ship as you wish.
