Wow, great video. I have yet RIDE a motorcycle to the keys. It’s such a beautiful ride. You all must have took this trip during the summer, Florida’s rainy season.
Great video, it actually made me smile and appreciate my home of choice even more. I've been living here for 10 years now and never did the trip with the bike. This year it's going to be my Christmas gift to myself. I live not far and could do it in a day but I'll take my time and will spend a night. Ride safe.
Florida is my home of choice ..l started out as an Alabama boy ...The Florida salt air , the spring breaker babes and beach babes in general...The smiling dolphins ..the happy shiny tourists. No state income tax ..Flip flops year round ….the hurricanes . No helmet law :)
Enjoyed your video. We have reservations at Marathon in two weeks and my husband said you want to ride the bikes....... Leaving from Pensacola also. Anything different you would do. Our first to to the keys. Last trip was Pensacola to California for our 30th wedding anniversary in 2003 took 3 weeks, only down fall to many boarder stops. Next month our 46th. anniversary. Thanks again.
We went to California on the bike in 2017! It was a life changing trip! We have some videos of that trip on the channel as well. As for the Keys, I'd avoid going down the Atlantic coast and instead hug the gulf. We found the gulf side to be much more scenic and far less trafficked. Definitely take a trip through the everglades, but be sure to fill up before you get there. There's quite a stretch with no gas stations.
I subscribed to you all 4 months ago. My Fiance and I enjoy your videos, especially you both inspired us to do a Pensacola to Key West Ride next year's vacation. I loved the last part of The Florida Everglades Ride and nothing like the riding thru the Glades and stopping at some rest area to watch The Gators and nature. It looks like you both rode across I-10 to I-95 South. Out of curiosity, which route would you recommend? The route you both rode from the video? Or from Pensacola riding US 98 to US 19 near Tampa and taking I 75 south across Alligator Alley to Florida Turnpike to Homestead to US1? or instead of crossing Alligator Alley taking Tamiami Trail to Turnpike? We will make sure we have our rain gear and hotel funds.. Thanks again... Teejay
TJ Sinclair, Apologies for not responding sooner. I’m not very familiar at all with South Florida. We only lived in FL for a few years and never ventured further south than Orlando until this trip. I can say that we enjoyed the gulf coast much more than the east coast of FL. Definitely hit the Everglades! It was great! Hope you have a great ride!

John Norcross it’s the seat from the 115th Anniversary CVO. We liked it so much that we ordered one for our non CVO Limited. It’s heated!
