blue corn chips are in fact a real thing, and they do look more purple than blue irl as well. they’re made with blue corn (also known as flint corn) which kinda looks like denim? it’s pretty! it’s also apparently one of the oldest varieties of corn, which i think is neat. the chips themselves are good, i feel like they’re usually a little thicker and grainier than yellow corn chips but in a pleasant way
