SHOULD YOU BUY A CHEAP 7R 230W SHARPY BEAM STAGE LIGHT FROM CHINA?

I bought 16 x 7R 230w Sharpy Beam and 8 x 19x15watt RGBW Zoom Wash stage lights from China.

Not these...but I do have some spots from TC Home (LOL) and they are FANTASTIC!

Those spots are 14/11/9" and they are jam packed with features like two gobo wheels rotating prism motorized focus, and even a decent color wheel w/ AMBER!

I’m not trying to work on my moving heads. My time is worth more than that so… NO, I would not buy these. Thanx for posting the heads up warning!

A friend of mine has four of them; bought them last summer and is really happy with them. He's certainly going to be buying some more. I'm focusing on audio upgrades at the moment, but when my focus moves to lighting; yes, absolutely I would buy some. I don't see me being able to stretch to Robe or Clay Paky either.

I've got 4 200 watt beam spot wash from imrelax lighting in China. Been using them about 15 months with no issues. Love them to bits
