"Loyalty" & "Integrity" belted out from the former R's gaffer as the value he stands by... obviously a man lost in understanding his morale compass. No doubt in my mind we will be better off away from a man who can barely keep his nose in just our business. The search for a new Queens Park Rangers manager resumes...

I think it's important to remember that what Beale did at QPR was made considerably easier by the work that Warburton had done previously. It's not as if he took on a squad that had been badly mismanaged by Steve McClaren or Mark Hughes. He is now moving to a big fish in a small pond. So he is basically a manager who wants a job with a budget that makes it easy. It's something that anyone would want, but a great manager should be able to work with something much more difficult, more difficult even than working with our budget in the championship.
Steven Gerrard hit out with the same "I'm not leaving, I'm the definition of loyal" speech and then fucked off a week later when the first decent job was offered to him so I know how you lot feel but Beale's kids were basically raised in Glasgow and were never settled down in London/Birmingham, family always comes first.
Hey guys, great insight. Enjoyed listening to you both say exactly what I was thinking. I’m a QPR fan and have no problem with him moving on - at all! My problem is the duplicitous and sly way it was done: banging on about “integrity” and “loyalty”. He didn’t need to say any of it. And on top of that, he abandoned all the players he convinced to sign for us in the first place…..what a guy!….
Teams had already figured out his tactics after 3 months and Moley left the club without a single win in his last 5. He's all hype this guy and talks a good talk.

I think you might find he’s going into the same situation at rangers only at an amplified level. He’s inheriting an ageing squad at rangers, dressing room problems and a limited budget. He’s also up against an experienced manager at Celtic who is very organised and has a bigger budget to spend. Rangers fans are expecting success and you might find you will get the last laugh. Things could go wrong very quickly.

My eyes was open anyways thinking this Mick Beale fiasco was just annoying bollox AGAIN but listening to Clive and Charlie has opened my eyes even more and when they mention something everything seems to fall it to place with me thinking/saying to myself "aaaah yeeeah" Mick Beale would call it LOYALTY I would call it being a SELFISH PRICK!!!
Let's get real. Beale was never turning down Ibrox.
He had the chance to go back to Glasgow where his family want to go and showing his love and loyalty for the club where people started noticing his tactical ability and class a team like qpr will never understand what it is to be a club the size of rangers

Same thing Gerrard done to rangers. Things change very quickly in football and at the time these things are said its probably ment. Good luck with the league and I hope he stays at rangers longer than 6moon as long as its going good.

Celtic fan here.Really sorry for QPR the way Beale disrespected your club, he is a total mercinary and he won't be trusted by Rangers players given how sneaky and duplicitous he is.Beale is the David Brent of football, remember the episode where Brent chooses a promotion instead of saving the Slough Branch.Good luck for the rest of the season, you are better off without a fake like Beale.
