I was away for a few weeks due to some family issues (not to worry, it's better now :-)) so I could not share a new video, so sorry about that! I just wanted to say thank you for being patient with the frequency of my videos, I know it can be quite frustrating just waiting and not knowing when's the next one. Now we have about 2 weeks before flying to Singapore to visit my family and there's so much to do~ I need to finish up the living room makeover so I can share it with you - I'm soooooo excited for that video! P.S. Thank you to one of my favourite sponsors, Lingoda, for partnering with me in today's video
I personally like to watch a video slowly and re-watch it at least twice before I wait for the next upload. Sometimes too many uploads from my fave channels can be overwhelming & I retreat into reading instead (for a while). 😉
Don't worry about the frequency of your uploads, sometimes life will get in the way. And I rather wait a bit longer and have a wonderful video, than watch something that feels rushed 💕✨Also as a creative person myself, sometimes creativity takes time and taking longer breaks helps getting more new ideas. I always see breaks as a way to recharge the battery. Btw I LOVE your videos. I mostly watch them in the breaks (haha) I take between work sessions. They are so calming and inspiring 😊
I have to find some "Me moments" to binge watch (and rewatch) your videos. Not only are they useful for my DIY projects but also they convey beauty and peacefulness! Thank you ❤❤
You two are so very sweet. It warms my heart. I am cleaning and repainting the porch furniture because it’s finally cool enough to be outside again. Enjoy your coolness.
Thank you for the cooking Inspo. I never feel motivated to cook because I just don’t know what to cook 😅 I’ll try out your recipe today! Hey from Munich :)
I have finally got into DIY. My next biggest project is to make a timber planter box and paint the house inside and out. I’m a bit sad you decided to paint the drawers black although it doesn’t look as bad as I thought. Fits in space well.
I was actually worried... my first choice is never to paint wood but to keep the wood grain. But Pat convinced me by saying I can always remove the paint in the future if I wanted to~ After the results I'm glad I painted it ^^

I laughed when Pat said, "Enjoy!" because he sound like a real chef. 😂
I can't believe how gorgeous that chest of drawers looked after you painted it and polished the handles! 💖
That really elevated the piece and made it a real statement piece instead of "just" a brown cabinet....

woah the chest of drawers turned out stunning!
It looks brand new, I'm kinda stunned myself at how it turned out😯
I have almost the same drawer set but it has really inspired me to do the same DIY. Thanks for linking the exact color, looks amazing!

Whoa another upload whoohoo! *jumps in with coffee latte to enjoy coziness*
wow that cabinet turned out so beautiful! 🥰
I laughed so hard when Pat inhaled that salad, and you were barely half way through! My husband does the same!
HAHA He's always inhaling his food! When he's eating slowly, that's a sign it's not delicious 😂
my bf eats at exactly twice my speed, when it's even faster then you know it's REALLY good 😂
Your videos always bring such peace to my day!! Hope you have some peace yourself after you’ve been away! ❤
always a joy to my day or week to see your videos! thank you for such delight :)

Glad to hear things are better with your family. Loved ones always come first. Excited for the living makeover video. Every video from you is a treat!
Can you do another playlist for us? I love your taste of music specially the one that you played as background music. What's the title of that song?
Always looking forward to your new video 🎉 :)

Exasperated Pat hahah "Globalisierung" - that's because that topic is shoved down our throats so much in school.
🤣🤣
Not going to lie, I gasped a bit when you said you were going to paint it. I understand though.
I know!!! I try to not paint over wood as much as possible 🥲
