Never apologize for spending time with your family, especially around the holidays. A lot of us live so far from our family and can't make the trip every year. Enjoy the time with your son, time goes by so fast.
Your videos are more than a morning routine for me, they are my happy place. I realized that even more when I was taking care of my newborn, sleep deprived and suffering from post partum depression. Paolo I just wanted to say I’ve been subscribed to your channel for years now and thanks to you I was finally able to make my dream come true and visit Japan. I went in November by myself and thanks to your videos you helped me get a lot of things done during my trip in which I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own. That trip ended up being the best experience of my life. Your videos are so helpful and entertaining! I wanted to show my support by going to Tsukiji fish market and buying a couple of bottles of your hot sauce (which is really good btw and hot!). You are definitely one of the best content creators on UA-cam because of how dedicated you are in making your videos. Don’t feel pressured to continuously upload videos to meet demand. I’m pretty sure everyone can agree with me that we’d prefer quality over quantity. Take care of yourself and your family first and God bless!

I feel like these videos give me and my family (who live in America) a chance to walk the streets of Japan. Our love for Japan and desire to go there (mostly thanks to your content) is super high, but our budget doesn’t quite match. So, again…I really can’t express how grateful I am to you! That said I too am a dad of a young son (a little older than Wolfy) watching your videos is sometimes how he and I spend time together. I know the value of time with your family. I have a suggestion, maybe in the future, maybe make videos also of doing trips like sleeper train, or bullet train, or hotel trips, or some other kind of trip that highlights the place you at (including taking your family too). (been seeing a lot of those videos lately so that brought it up to my mind.) (especially since you are in Japan, as they have really cool areas and tourist spots to go visit).

I love your channel and the editing and personal interviews with a day in the life. That was one reason I purchased your amazing hot sauce, which to be fair, is very good in larger dishes like stews, soups etc. Still very good with smaller dishes as well. I have a suggestion, maybe in the future, maybe make videos also of doing trips like sleeper train, or bullet train, or hotel trips, or some other kind of trip that highlights the place you at (including taking your family too). (been seeing a lot of those videos lately so that brought it up to my mind.) (especially since you are in Japan, as they have really cool areas and tourist spots to go visit).
