RZR 1000 Differential Noise

- Front differential has been popping so I was trying to get it to act up again but I guess it has to be under a lot of stress so I decided to take it apart and inspect it anyway. Took about an hour to pull it out and looks like it needs a small rebuild.

Add yourself a set of upgraded secondary rollers to your list as well. Might consider upgrading the bearings while you are in there. The pinion bearing is usually the first to give up the ghost.
Clutch is just getting a bearing for this next ride after that I want to upgrade it.
& I'm doing a full sandcraft rebuild on the front diff.
Mud Beaner I had a similar issue happen to me on my 2018 RZR Highlifter. I just ordered new SKF bearings myself for the pinion and hubs. Went with the Hardened Steel springless SATV Sprague Cage and Hd chromoly 12 Finger armature plate from SATV as well and a Hardened Diff Pin. I also ordered another item I won’t release till it’s up on my channel. Once I went 32.5’s with Rhino 2.0’s all around the diff started becoming the weak point. Hopefully you have better luck!
@@XMARGH that scares me I'm still on stock 29.5 and breaking the diff lol. I may go to 32.5s too.
dont know if you guys gives a damn but if you guys are stoned like me during the covid times you can stream all the new movies and series on instaflixxer. Been streaming with my girlfriend for the last weeks xD

How did that sandcraft upgrade work out for you??
It worked great until I broke the bolts off and cracked the case, got a new diff and never got around to swapping the parts.

I think I over tighten one. So it wallowed out the hole. Ran a bigger bolt and The next ride it broke both front bolts out of the case. There’s a video on here somewhere lol

I would just get the SATV pieces.
Maybe if I call, looks like they are out of the armature plates online, and I dont see a bearing kit either.
