You must be soooooo single! LoL. My wife would kill me if I kept parts/tools in the kitchen. I have been in trouble over the years for baking car parts in the oven after painting. Love it!
@@ZeroToAwesome yes, it helps to evaporate the thinners in the paint and also makes the paint harder, hence why cars are baked in an oven after painting.
STOP! Put it all back. You've already spent more than a kit costs. And it looks like you're going to flush fluid on a Kenmore and trailer, not a Bug. This is not going well.
Creative approach… lol Questions: 1) what caused the huuuuge puddle of brake fluid all over your garage? 2) does the air compressor have to constantly run or just to pump back up to 10psi periodically? Thanks ✌️
1) I think I didn’t have the cap on the reservoir completely sealed. 2) just occasionally pump up to 10 PSI, careful not to use too much pressure. Thanks!!
Before I buy a Motive unit I went looking and found you. I love that you used a mighty vac catch can. The problem is getting caps to fit a range of different cars, I need more thought time, vice on granite, damn man.
These things operate at such low pressure a cap can always be made a little bigger or smaller with a couple wraps of electrical tape on the threads. About that granite.... yeah... still haven’t seen that security deposit yet.
You could always grab one from the "HELP" section at the parts store for a few bucks. Believe it or not, there aren't THAT many different ones. Or make a plug style out of a chunk of rubber, a tire valve, and some of that tiny chain that comes with the high dollar bleeders.
Please excuse my ignorance, I'm not a hydraulic scientist but how the heck does adding 10psi of pressure (or any pressure) to the container produce a vacuum / suction to pull fluid from the brake calipers?? ............................. Just saying!!
You are pressurizing the reservoir to push brake fluid through the system and out of through the calipers, not the other way around. Some bleeders attach on the wheel side to create suction/vacuum, this is the opposite approach.
Volume really low. Can't hear you that well. Also, maybe enunciate a bit better too. At 3:34, sounds like you say "in a scizzors a way to warrantee." At 4:08 it sounds like "next we are going to drill into our writhy writhy rutherford cap." Good idea though!

That is definitely one way to do it and would save a little more money. I wanted a longer hose so I could set the sprayer tank on the ground and not worry about balancing it somewhere in the “frunk” of my car.

I have always wanted to try powder coating using the kitchen oven. Never even thought to dry paint in there, genius!

Great video! Now I know where to store extra tools
Very funny 😅, solid design too. thanks for the video.

Cool - thanks for the info. Now I've gotta go cook something up... I'm hungry 😂

@@murphthebeast Thanks mate, I understand now!!
Perfect. Mostly. Loved it.
Haha, thank you.
@@ZeroToAwesome Thank YOU for the great idea - and the very entertaining presentation! (I thought I was the only person who stored stuff that way...)
I to have a kitchen vise ...love the recipe I will make this for my whole family! Thank you!!!!!
I hope you pass the recipe down for generations to come!
Is that a teapot in your kitchen??? How awesome is that?
Just don’t call it short or stout.
I don't have a dishwasher so I'm screwed.
Pretty much out of luck…
Kitchen vise is best vise
Noticed wife was not present during filming.

His wife is going to be sooo pissed!
Nobody gets pissed when their brakes are in tip top condition!
Why not use the whole provided that's what I did I just cut the original hose and put the brake reservoir cap to that to long a hose is not good.

That's a lot of kit,,better grab your neighbours wife
ANYWAYS is not a word. I think you mean "anyway."
I'll bet you're sooo much fun at parties!
