This house deserves an in depth walk through with people who are appreciative of its detail but moreover able to comment on it appropriately.
Never expected professional architects explain like 1st year architecture students
Just goes to show the standard of architects out there these days.. they're more concerned about their accents than the quality of work

Dull commentary. The house is built amazingly, each wooden piece speaks the silent tune of modern architecture.
Exterior, elevation is nice with all the greens, wooded area, that wall with the planters was eye-catching.
The interior is ostentatious, extravagant and looks overboard, tacky at times.
Points to the fact that a big open front yard with green trees, off setting the house makes it truly worthwhile.
Setting it back and the vistas opens up, start it from the road with no open area makes a house unattractive no matter how expensive it is made.
Absolutely spot on....the interior does not really go with the architectural style. Its far too ornate and flashy.
AoA. I must appreciate the team Banjaiga for such a nice house. I am continuously saying kindly improve the commentary, find the host. These guys are the simple architects they may not explain the details and love behind these kinds of structures. Although they tried their best to explain it, but not every detail is appreciable ( its my humble opinion) in short you guys doing good but try to find some guys who understand the love story behind the art etc. regards
project must be explained by the Architect himself who designed it. Esay kiya hoga, Socha hoga, i think he do this for that reason bala bala bala

Umair sb. yes of course they can involve the architect but I think Host k liye bhi koi hona chahye jo thora adabi ho, who understand the art and explain it in a beautiful words. Har chez apna roll play karti hai camera man ka angle bolney waley ka andaz lightning ki direction and so many other things which can play major role in the creativity or in this case vlog.
The girl,s comments are more intelligent....the guy just keeps saying " mazay ka hai "

A very nice build. Just a reminder to Taimoor - give Amna a chance to speak, you seem to be talking over her and cutting her off, her analysis is quite good as well and some of us would like to get her perception on the build too but we cant because shes not given a chance.

The house is beautiful, especially the, the front elevation, the lawn and more importantly the veranda, reminds me of the colonial architecture of British Era. Very elegant and nostalgic at the same time. However, it would have been equally amazing, if you could have some serious people review this kind of architecture. Rather then this guy who seemed to be hungry at the time of the review, since he only had one comment "mazay ki" that comment was repetitive and on some occasions annoying. It was good video but I had to mute it to watch it.

Nice palatial type house but there is another aspect of understanding the psyche of our society. We live in a poor country where factual literacy rate is not more than 30 percent. Our upper middle class is not as rich middle class of developed countries. I can see a sharp contrast between the living life style of the countries where literacy rate is over 90 percent and filthy rich but their life style is moderate. They either invest to generate more money or spend some part of their savings on holiday vacations. It looks we are still living in Mughal era
The female seemed to be more observant of key features and articulated her understanding of design more. The guy literally said “mazeh ka hai” for every aspect. I’m assuming he lacks knowledge in design. Also the kitchen was extremely unpractical for a home of this magnitude. I can understand that the home owners are most likely so wealthy that they don’t cook but still who doesn’t want a nice kitchen?
The work is done in building this home is truly commendable, so this home deserves a good representation as well.
Those two people are giving us tour like a laymen .it could be much better

Kindly find a proper host for these coverages. And kindly, it's a humble request, write a proper script for these videos as people in your videos, they don't speak proper sentences rather incomplete and dual meaning sentences. And also work on your cinematography. The camera is shaking sometimes and the light is not proper. Thanks.

Itny mazay ki detail ki hoi hy... What dose this even mean? This conversation between these architects lack professionalism. I feel as if Banjaiga needs to couch these Architects before shooting these substandard videos. Perhaps come up with a template that all these new Architects can follow and may I suggest hire a professional presenter who can guide these Architects along these videos.

Team, editing team and production entire chain of people are so inattentive that after putting an effort, going in an elegant house the experts kept on saying mazay ka, mazay ka. I think, i beleive are you school going kids?
Experts opinion at its lowest. Specially male so called expert. Even a non technical person can use better and more appropriate words and definations to explain the beauty and architecture of this house.
