Wish I’d watched this fitting my sliders last night. Lots of gentle persuasion and squeezing tools in but managed to get them on!
Excellent directions !
Ninja 1000sx is my 9th bike and besides previous FJR1300 previous 7 were all naked bikes because I don't have patience for plastics lol but this video put me at ease.
About to install crash bars (not just single bolt stubs, but the whole cage) fairing needs to be undone. so this is huge help ! Thank you !
Seems quite a lot to do, but finally the whole side part is removed. Great video Tony. You are the one. Keep up. You got my like.

Hey I noticed you put on bar risers on another video. Did you keep them on? Hard to tell if they are still on. Did it effect the sporty side of the handing at all?
I'm 6'4" and ordered the same ones guess I'll find out soon. Just wanted to know what your opinion is now that you've had them a while. Thanks for the vids brother. Cheers from Canada
Hi, Yes we did fit the cnc bar risers because a lot of people on facebook have been giving them good reviews how much better seating position was and less pressure on back and wrists.
However I found out very quickly that it wasnt for me. I did not feel better in more upright position and found the change threw off the ergonomics and handling of the bike. I took them off after a few rides. Maybe its a personal choice that works for some but not others.
did you install the risers ? i ordered them too. I am 6'2 and want to be in more upright position. what is your experience so far ?
6 minutes, easy, and straight forward. Life saver.
Thanks buddy
