I think there is a lv requirement, not sure up to which level though, but cp I don't think so

What is succecion skill ?

Skills taken from Ascension/awakening classes, for example yacha has 2 of GM's skills and vice versa.

It's not required for every class, but some classes need it because it may offer mobility or good farming aoe or dps
If you have good DMG numbers in your charm of succession like 24%+ can also try in PvP, it's up to you👍
