Just for troubleshooting...Lock it from the internet, allow only your VULTR public IPs, restart on the Windows box elastic service and sysmon, generate some RDP auth and check again. Also make sure all services are still running fine on your Linux VMs.
My Windows machine has stop sending authentication logs again. The agent shows as healthy and the last activity is from 20 seconds ago. But the most recent logs are all about it failing to connect. The most recent authentication log is from 2 days ago.

It seems My Windows machine got compromised. The RDP records are missing from EventViewer and Registry Edit.
