- The SLIM CUTTER PLUS ceramic tile cutter is specially designed for cutting porcelain sheets with formats greater than 10ft x 3ft (300 cm x 100 cm) and with thicknesses of 0.11" to 0.39" (3 to 10 mm).
The set consists of 3 guides of 43" inches (110 cm); 1 scoring trolley handle with Ø22 mm EXTREME roller (ref. 01901); 1 separating pliers; 3 fixing suction cups, and a reinforced nylon carry bag.
The guides are made of aluminum and are assembled to guarantee a perfect scratch, always .39" inches (1 cm) from the edge of the guide itself. The suction cups will help us fix the ceramic tile guide and prevent it from moving. The guides also have two silicone strips to help fixation.
With a handle to facilitate the work, the scoring carriage mounts a Ø 22 mm tungsten carbide roller with bearings, especially for doing those jobs with large scratches.
The pliers are in charge of separating the plates after scratching, allowing us to work with materials up to 10 mm thick. For pieces with thicknesses from 0.39" to 0.59" (11 to 15 mm), the use of the SLIM SEPARATOR (ref. 18917) is recommended.
This entire system is served in a practical nylon bag with interior compartments and the necessary assembly tools.
The SLIM CUTTER PLUS manual cutter is a cutting system specially designed for porcelain sheets of large dimensions and fragile at the same time. It provides an interesting approach to making the first cut on large format tile before even having to move them.

Si van a cortar porcelana de 3/8 ni se les ocurra comprar este producto,no funciona,yo compre una para cortar porcelana 60 x 30 pulgadas y solo eche a perder 2 pcs. Lo llevé de regreso a la tienda no me quisieron devolver el dinero,$500.00 dólares tirados a la basura.

when i cut 9 mm 1 meter long, they always cut slightly curve, wont cut whole length.
Hello Daniel. If you mean to say that at the moment of separation, the cut doesn't follow the mark you've scored all the way to the end of the tile, it can be for various reasons. You might not be marking hard enough, or you might not have the area where are you marking supported (you can't mark a large format tile properly if the portion of tile where you are marking is not directly supported by a table). Have you tried separating the tile from both ends, or are you just using the separator on one end? It will work much better if you separate from both sides. Deviations at the moment of separation can also be the result of tensions in the tiles or problems during transport.
