Ooh. Another fun party. Thanks for doing this. I am carnivore also and I also have hashimotos, which I was able to put into remission by completely eliminating dairy 100%. Before going carnivore, my holistic doctor helped me figure out that I’m actually allergic to dairy. She said the dairy allergy is quite common and highly underdiagnosed. we retested and my numbers were all back in line. I had thyroid nodules that shrunk and disappeared as well..

Alicia, you are so good with color. I wonder if you can tell me what I'm looking for ... in terms of a color name and brand. I'm wanting a relatively neutral light brown or even a bit of light ash brown or dark ash blonde that is highlighted and or mixed with some really reddish coppery highlights. Basically I'm looking for the color that ends up overall neutral but is made of both cools and warms where the cools are light brownish and the warms are light auburn ish or red (not too orange) coppery colors. Overall color is not real dark and not too blonde.. I've seen the Brown sugar sweet cream in person. I like the warm and cools mix in that color, and would like something similar, but I would like the highlight colors to be that light reddish copper instead of the warm blondes. Anything come to mind??? ps I like the glazed hazelnut on the hairdo wig in this vid but it looks like the brown color might be a bit too dark of a brown.
I would suggest 17/23/R8 from Tressallure. It is described as a beige blonde blended with light auburn with a medium brown root. I have several wigs in this color and it's gorgeous. Very dimensional and dynamic.
So..Is there a health risk to using silicone sprays and other products? I think it's bad for lungs. Not sure if it's okay to get it on your skin often. What are some other options to revive HD fibers? Anyone?
I don't think the silicone is an issue, but I know some ladies prefer to not use the sprays/oils. You can just spritz with water and apply heat to revive HD fibers.

Ooo! That's exciting! I love meeting other carnivores! I can eat dairy, but not egg whites and conventionally raised pork.
