Margin fishing arguably the best way of catching the big fish in the evenings, when the big ones let their guard down and take your bait. join me at Westwood lakes on kestral lake where we look to fish down the edge with bunches of maggots in the search of big carp and barbel. i hope you enjoy the video and you manage to get out there and get some fishing done.

Its Kestrel Lake - my fav and always fishes well whatever the weather - and a great mix of species

She’s gone early evening specifically to catch in the edge because that’s when the fish are there….Most other anglers will have obviously packed up and gone home by that time.
