There was an e-tranfer made, so the bank knows who this scammer is.
That moneys out of the country
Obnoxious dot and bobble heads
"person." I love these descriptions 🤔
They are vague on purpose.
@@althunder4269 What purpose?
@@alexrubin5955 "person" As the brokerage owner said "this was totally foreign." That should be a big hint for you.
Should be a minimum 10 year sentence for fraud
Lifetime
Realtor agency should post their agents faces and name, so consumers actually can verify the agent. Too many scammers today that Canadian trust towards other races are diminishing.
Actual realtors do. Its the scammers that are the ones that do obviously shady stuff.
dude thinks hes a regular Canadian and not a racist lmao
Why no names or faces? That wasn’t news it was clickbait.
LOL How did I know this was gonna be a "Facebook Marketplace" 😅
I live on a political borderline, less than 5 houses away from the dividing line between one and the other.
That place in every city with one where nothing ever gets done? You know the place.
My building has been sold for higher and higher prices, five times, over the last 10 years, while less and less maintenance and repairs have been even attempted, not getting in to the ones that have been started and abandoned.
Last spring, 2023, I was sitting in my living room on a Saturday, it was about 1:00PM and I heard keys in my deadbolt.
I got just dressed enough to be decent in time to stop the door swinging open, to find four men, looking to come in and inspect one of the vacant units in the building they'd just purchased. I have lived here for 13 YEARS, this was about 14 MONTHS ago.
My across the hall neighbor pays twice what I do, because they moved in two years ago. This falling apart building was not made crooked by Ford's 2018 rent control failure. It was made to fall apart by it though.
How was it possible they could see the property without the real agent being there?
There should be a central agency overseeing these types of transactions that all realtors need to go through
😢😢😢😢😢😢
We do this on Indeed and that's data combing if indeeed has misused data
the lesson should be don't deal with anyone from an online deal ... go to a bricks and mortar business and and deal with real Realtors and do some due diligence don't take things at face value anymore
Turdeau's votebank strike again...yikes
Who trust Facebook market? Seriously !!!
