I've always felt I was cheating by using slurs to play tunes faster and smoother nice to know I'm not breaking any laws 😂 My patterns tend to help keep my bow at the same speed, thus making it smoother and easier not always making the tune sound better. It's nice to have confirmation that either way is ok.
