    Practice ready assessment programs.
    States are referred as provincies.
Directly apply to provincial helathcare system if independent practice program.
    Only family medicine.
Same documentations and examinations. 6 months training .

You can get all the good scores from all the Canadian Entrance exams but getting a PR is a real problem that should be solved. Plus the spots are very less compared to US.
That's why most doctors prefer USMLE.

      @DrVarinderpalSingh 2 роки тому

@@GurleenKaur-lb2qp There are chances only when IMG has PR. Canadian PR is requirement to enter in CaRMS match.

@@GurleenKaur-lb2qp I would advise you to check the Canada Match results 2022 and analyse them against USMLE Match results 2022. The number of seats for IMG are very less and Match rates are more or less under 40% for Canada IMGs

      @@krisha817 Hi.
I too had the same opinion (about earnings of Radiologists) when I was a medical student. But over the years I have realised that the only Radiologists who make a lot of money are 1) centre owners
      2) HODs of Radiology department (if they are given a share of the profit the hospital makes)
      3) Radiologists practising in remote and not sought after locations like in UP etc.( As most want to stay in cities).
      4) Radiologists who do a lot of procedures.
Corporate hospitals will offer you a fixed pay with no incentives.
In fact some don't even offer procedure charges to the Radiologists.
These are the facts which you will realise a decade into your practice.
So meet people who are about 10 years into their profession and then decide what you want to choose as your speciality.
Not saying that others won't have challenges but be sure you are aware of them before you make a choice!
      All the best !!
