Great video!! Did a great job removin the snow. I've had old angle blade for year's never used it much cause had new box blade but used it last year I love it for bladin driveways. Thanks for sharing be safe have fun enjoy
Gotta love it. it seems when it comes to snow both of us have so much fun with our Kubota clearing it I can't wait for it to snow again my driveway looks like a major hi way now.keep em coming thanks Pat
There's are times when I could really use a back blade , like when it is slushy and to pull snow away from the house and garage ,great video thanks for sharing !!!
I love the ROPS sign on the throttle! Great idea we will adopt for our BX2680. You work that tractor very well and are efficient in removing snow. Good job! Can't wait to see your next video.
HI up there in the great white north we had close to 3 feet if snow the other day and my BX 2380 with mt 2816 blower decimated the snow I had a blast hope you get some new snow soon take care up there pat
You have to love the blower and back blade combination on the sub-compacts! I prefer the combination we use., Front blower and a rear blade! I've seen a lot of operators on with the reverse situation. But, dono about you, but I get a sore neck watching them! Would rather blow the snow out of the way, than make huge piles! Do really love that little fuel cart & can combination. That was downright smart! This green owner might have to copy that from you!
I agree with you, although the front mount packages are more expensive, I’m willing to pay that extra $$ to save my neck 😉. The cart and can makes fueling so much easier, I hope you build one 👍🏻, thanks for watching Phil 🙂👍🏻
@@OrangeismyNewGreen It's a hard fact to realize we are not in our 30's anymore! Well put, if it saves my neck and back, I'll buy it! Enjoy your videos and appreciate the effort. The casters to roll the cart to the machine with the convenience of the anti-jell, good stuff! Deff, going to put that together for year-round use! Thanks for sharing that!
Nice work buddy between the backblade and the snow blower your armed for any amount of snow fall. Nice work! Land Pride makes some of the nicest backblades IMO
Thanks Biff 👍🏻. I agree, if I compare my LandPride to the Green one I got for a short while, the build quality is much better on the LandPride. Have a great week!
How's she goin'? I'm a Massey Ferguson guy but I have to say, Kubotas sure start good. My Massey would crank for several seconds before it would come to life. Nice video and you did a great job plowing. The back blade is great for getting up close to things. Then use the blower to clear it all away!! Thanks for posting and take care!
You sure keep the driveway base very clean. You won't get a slushy mess when warm weather comes! That is the advantage of the blade along with the blower. We got a good 8-10 inches this week. Amazingly, my parents did not get snow (Trois-Rivières). Thanks!
Wish I had some of your snow. Only able to plow 3 times since buying my tractor. I was wondering about the reason behind that ROPS tag you have hanging by the key
New subscriber here. Just found your channel. I like your fueling arrangement. Works pretty slick. I have the L2501 Kubota with the loader and Land Pride box blade. I also have a much larger John Deere 2520 diesel with a Westendorf loader and a super heavy duty Keewaunee rear blade. That tractor is 2wd but I have the old style twist link chains that I run on the rears. They weigh a ton. It is all that I want to lift to get them up over the tires when I put them on. I use my Kubota as a clean up tool now as the Deere can move a whole lot more snow faster but the Kubota does a nicer neater looking job.
Thanks for subscribing Gary 👍🏻. You have a good mix of equipment, you must have a pretty big property. Is the 2520 the previous version of the now 2032-2038?
@@OrangeismyNewGreen , no I believe it is a bit larger framed tractor yet. It is a small step down from the 3020 John Deere of that era and manufactured in Dubuque, Iowa instead of Waterloo, Iowa where all the other tractors are made. They didn't make very many of these which is what makes it so rare. They were too small for the field work of that day and too big for the compact tractors, so they never caught on. Serves me well. Thanks for watching.
I love my rear blade, it does a great job. The adjustment for the speed is controlled with the rotary dial near the floor board. Hope this helps. 🙂🙋🏼♂️👍🏻
Hey,looks like another storm coming for us down here in the catskills i hope you get it too by the way what type of headphones do you use i noticed an antenna on it please advise thanks pat
Hi Pat, these are the newer model of what I have “3M Safety Worktunes Hearing Protection with AM/FM Radio, Noise Cancelling, NRR 24 dB (90541), Wired, but I’m interested in getting the new IsoTunes Link, just waiting for them to be available in Canada. 👍🏻
I have the exact same blade. Thinking of upgrading to a 72. What are your thoughts. A Ritter Bit Will Do UA-cam channel says a 72 does the best job. Thanks mate 👍
I think with a 72” on my BX the tractor might bog down faster depending on the angle of the blade and the type of snow. Jon has a multi position blade, he can offset his much easier than ours, he pulls a pin and the main beam can move left or right so he can have the blade wider on one side than the tire tracks 👍🏻. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching Allen and have a great Sunday and Happy Holidays 🎅🏻🎄🙋🏼♂️🙂👍🏻
Hi Sean, thanks, no it’s a General, used to be a great woodworking tool company in Canada but things have changed and you can no longer get them, they got rid of the green color, they’re now Red and Black I believe... Thanks for watching 👍🏻😉
5 seconds is plenty enough for cold weather. When it gets extremely cold (like -25 celcius) I'll go up to 10 seconds. More than that you will burn them very quickly.
Thanks for the info, you got me thinking and I pulled out my manual and here’s what it says, Temp -5° C to 0° C 5 sec. -15°C to -5° 10 sec. I will definitely change the way I start the tractor, thanks again 🙋🏼♂️🙂👍🏻
Thanks for commenting Robert, I kinda enjoy using the Rear Blade, I get to spend more time outside on my tractor. Thanks for watching and have a great weekend 🙂🙋🏼♂️👍🏻
Thanks for the informative video. It really highlighted the usefulness of the rear blade. Nice job.
Glad it was helpful! Have a great weekend 👍🏻🙋🏼♂️🙂

Another one done and I sure enjoyed it. Thanks.
Thank you mister 👍🏻
Wow, you really are getting all the snow. All that practice is paying off, you have that down to a science. Great video!

I getting jealous of all your snow😁 But the gods should be good for me today! keep up the good work and stay safe.
I know, It looks like we won't get much here :-(, I hope you get a bunch :-)
Nice video. Those little tractors 🚜 do amazing work . 💪

Hi Pat, you're lucky, we got 2" 😒, I hope we get more soon, I didn't even bother taking the tractor out but it was tempting 😂. Take care also 👍
Awesome video! I really like that fuel can! Pretty slick!
Yes I like it plus with the cart no cumbersome lifting involved, thanks for watching Aaron 👍🏻

Are those Armorskids on the blower? If yes, are you happy with them over the standard skid shoes?
They are the standard skid shoes and I’m satisfied. Thanks for watching 👍🏻
@ Great videos. I am impressed with the ability of the BX.

It’s so I don’t forget to fold them back down before going back in the garage 😉👍🏻
Great work. Your rear blade is how wide 48" or 60". Debating on which one to get. Thanks mate 👍
I have the 60” RB1560 from LandPride 👍🏻, thanks for watching Allen, hope watching a snow removal video was refreshing 😉😂. Have a great day 🙂🙋🏼♂️👍🏻
How much did the tractor and everything cost you ?
The kit cost almost $37k CAD with taxes. Thanks for watching and have a great weekend 🙂🙋🏼♂️👍🏻

Does your fuel gauge not work? I thought you just filled it up could swear only show a little over quarter tank on the gauge
