Same experience with the supercharging, its almost too fast 😝 Especially with kids, and if you want to eat something the car is 100% before you can finish your food.
Hi, really enjoyed the video. We live in Hungary and travel to UK and then sometimes down to Spain and then back to Hungary. In a 9 year old Model S, so reduced range to yours but stull little to no problem. We also sleep in the car with a Tesla dreamcase mattress. If you want to see the channel it is Tessies Travels. We look forward to seeing more videos from you.
@@calebmcclure3893 i dont trust it enough when the family is in the car. I use it when I am on my own, but dont feel confortable with it. I use the cruise control all the way, but I prefer to do the steering myself.
Phantom braking is a big issue and if you’re not concentrating it’ll kill you. I do wish Tesla would sort this but they don’t seem interested, been going on for years.
@@Yorkshire-z5v i have not noticed that. Sometimes, when on cruise control, if i am on the first lane and there is an off ramp it will change the speed from 70mph to 40mph, and if there is a truck behind it can be very dangerous, because the regen braking is quite strong. But overall I don’t trust autopilot and I am conscious of the limitations of cruise control control
@@Yorkshire-z5vwhen I know I’ll be using it for a trip I clean all the cameras and it works great. Only had phantom breaking when cameras aren’t clean. Getting better
Good trip, thanks for sharing

2:12 why didn’t you use autopilot on this long stretch of road?

Did you bother with getting a German or French vignette? They’re about 5 euros or so
@@aup2949 i did get vignette, but I only needed them for Austria and Hungary.
