Conrad is the better choice purely on the basis that Jeremiah goes directly to jealousy when anything happens. I couldn't deal with that kind of personality. His romantic relationship with Belly is too lusty, compared to how deep Conrad's love is.
Conrad has a jealous side too and he can say the meanest things to Belly to push her away. I also saw Jeremiah as too promiscuous & flirty, even boasting to Steven about how many people he hooked up with. Both the brothers are not perfect & I wouldn't say that either one of them is perfect for her. I think Conrad tends to break her heart the most & leaves her in tears because she can't figure him out. Jeremiah is more decisive and doesn't confuse Belly. She is more at ease with him.

Jere tries desperately tries to get Bellys attention and makes her feel guilty whenever she wasn't doing something to his liking e.g. interacting with Conrad. They don't balance each other out, it's very surface level. Conrad and Belly need time apart and work on some things on their own. They could always talk to each other on a deep level, about their past, present and future and would support each other. The horrible things going on around them broke them at some point which they both need to heal from. Jere breaks Bellys heart too and Belly breaks the boys hearts, they are all equally to blame for the chaos.
