ingredients:- ( For sponge)
Egg white - 4
Egg yolk - 4
Flour - 1Cup
milk - 1/4th cup
Vanilla essence - 1/4tsp
vegetable oil - 1/4th Cup
lemon juice - 1/4th tsp
Baking powder - 1/2tsp
Caster sugar or breakfast sugar - 1Cup
USE "8" INCH ROUND BAKING PAN
strawberries Filling:-
Strawberries Chopped - 1 Cup
Sugar - 2tbsp
lemon juice - 1tbsp
For icing:-
Non - Dairy whipping cream - 1.5 Cup (total)
strawberries - 1 Cup
I HAVE USED TROPOLITE WHIPPING CREAM
YOU CAN USE ANY NON - DAIRY WHIPPING CREAM TO GET THE SAME RESULT
IF YOU ARE USING DAIRY CREAM FOR ICING & FILLING DONT ADD LEMON JUICE BECAUSE IT WILL CURDLE THE CREAM
