I ordered a bunch of stuff and SDior didnt send me the lunar red packaging.. so dissapointed. this is the second time they did this.. they said they were out.. thats not fair ..
so sorry about that. What a lame excuse! the year just started and CNY is not even there yet :/ Now that I recall, I never really received the Custom Lunar gift box in the US. It's the first time I got it here in Canada last year.
@@iamartsymomsy ya and they didnt even replace it with the holidays couture box. They just sent it in the usual white dior box. I was very bummed. l almost feel like returning some of the things.. I think I overbought with the hype of the lunar gift box..
I don’t think they are out. This is a second year in a row I order items from lunar new year and It seems like if we order something big and they are not able to fit in the red Square box, they short us with the white one. I had 2 orders, first one bigger and with a lot of extra samples so they gave me the white one, very disappointing when you specifically request the red box at check out, but my second order was just a 2 things that are not taking much space, but lots of gifts so they fit in the red Square box for the Lunar New Year 🧧
@ thanks totally agree.. they should just split it into two and send 2 lunar boxes since we ordered so much but they just short us ! I stopped adding too much in an order and got a lunar box after that

So when you complain, they say that it says “while supplies last”. Even tho 2 of my orders was purchased on the day the lunar option was available. Actually told me, they must of been out by the time I made my orders. It feels a lot like the snowglobe fiasco.
In my very last order, I just received the other day, finally after 2 years of wanting to have one of this boxes I got it. I did make another order before that one and it was bigger, it seems like they don’t have that kind of big box so for them to add everything they short us with that white one. I was also disappointed with my first order for this year, but ohh that very last one it is super nice. Also some how my Gold Welcome Gift, first it was cancelled and I still got it. I did call customer service last Wednesday, but they say it will take from 3-10 business days to process that. Not sure what is the issue. Thank you for always sharing great codes ❤
