Bracha - this feels so right for me. I am an elder already (turning 77 tomorrow) and although my body is showing up with some complaints and stiffnesses, I feel strongly, oddly, to be on the brink of a whoie new life. You are so dear. I feel the warmth and intelligence and love in all your videos - your perspective is gold.
