Thank you for giving these theory lessons....I passed today in first attempt. I used your videos, online practice from another company and also used one book. The result was great...5-0-2. Many thanks for putting your time into this....

    14:05 the formula is speed/2 + 10% of (speed/2) So the correct answer is 55m not 60m

You forgot to add the 4th factor. Weather and road condition. According to Dutch law you are obliged to adjust your speed to weather and road conditions. When there's heavy rain or sleet or fog you have to lower your speed. When you notice that the rest of the traffic is slowing down in other lanes on the highway, you are expected to slow down too because nothing happens in traffic without a reason. There might be a congestion up ahead due to an accident or roadwork. And you do not want to be the person ramming full speed into other cars because you didn't slow down in time.

24:59 You are calculating braking distance, not stopping distance

Thank you so much for your video.
I was confused about one question when I did the exam of CBR, the question was was what is your speed limit when you over thake? ofcourse it show you the Highway image, but I was confused if ther was a speed limit for overtaking. Do you have any idea?

While I appreciate the course, there are several points where the information is just straight up incorrect. Like at 7:43, this is NOT a motorway, this is an autoweg. and at 8:18, this is NOT highway, this is motorway or autosnelweg....highway is the same as autoweg. This got me so badly confused for a moment. Please correct the information so others dont end up making this mistake in the exam

    FYI:
    Safe distance = (Speed/2) + (Speed/2)*10% >>> Video formula is therefore wrong :)
Stopping Distance = Response distance + breaking distance, where
Response distance (assuming 1 second for the driver's reaction time) = (Speed/10)*3 = ... metres
    Breaking distance = ([Speed/10]^2)/2 = ... metres
