I find it interesting how a lot of people are reacting without knowing that that lady was also probably genuinely upset because she tried to go over to help but her POS boyfriend kept preventing her. He refused to get out of the way so she could check on the seizure patient.
I think this whole event was more nuanced than just "oh haha she deserved that for being a hypocrite".
