      @@nikhildagar6616 - brother dont invest in it. better invest in Adore prosperity Homes (sector 86) which is on main road nearby posh sectors 14 and 17 .

    Affordable 2 flats ko join karke banayenge so 2 registry bhi chahiye hogi....beech ki wall na hone se structure collapse can be an issue...i am doubtful how authorities can approve something like this

      Nope, it doesnt work like that. High rise ka wajan walls per nahi pillers per hota hai. Dost gumrah mat karo logo ko

Kya 4bhk ki iss ek unit ko kharidne ke liye 2 registry nahi chahiye? Pehle apne facts check karke aao dost. Agar yeh galat nahi hai toh gumrah tum jaise log ho.

      @@NikhilBharara okay first you will not need 2 registrations, RERA approved them as single unit. Second wall load bearing nahi hoti, please study some basics of structure engineering. Peace. ✌️

    This is the seller market not the buyer market , so better to sell not to buy prices pakka neche aayenge aur ab ruk bhi gaye hain jaise ki gurgaon mein ho raha hai

    सबसे बदनाम बिल्डर सेक्टर 75 का एडोर हैप्पी होम प्राइड का पजेशन अप्रैल 2024 में ड्यू था अभी तो कंस्ट्रक्शन 60% ही हुई है।95% पेमेंट एडवांस में करके पछता रहा हूं फ्लैट कब मिलेगा सिर्फ भगवान ही जानें। लगता है कोर्ट ही जाने से बात बनेगी।

      rathi bhai ye construction linked plan tha kya aapka ? aur adore Happy home pride "affordable homes" wali scheme ka hai kya ? kyonki maine haryana govt ki affordable housing scheme mein Adore propsperity Homes sector 86 mein mera draw nikla tha december mein aur abhi tak 35 % ki payment bhi kar di hai
