As shown in the video, after getting the 24th sand cloud you get a new sand tank (16:42). But for some reason I didn't. I could swear that I got all the clouds while following the guide. Does it mean I somehow missed one?
I think, yes, unfortunately you missed one. That 24th sand tank for you, actually not 24th. Maybe, if you have any yearly save you can found missed one. But I suggest start game from beginning, it not so long
