Good update👍 Im a single wheel owner by choice. It has to do everything. Street cruising, trails and grocery runs 😂. No handle, no sale here. I hope Nosfet does well. Cheers
Single wheel? That's no fun! 😂😂😂😂 i've only been riding for a year and I have four of them and they live in the living room because I love looking at them! 😜😜😛😛😛
I can say for sure there will be a third party trolley handle add-on. There's never any reason to rule out a modern euc since even the mten series all have trolley handle aftermarket kits. Just wait till it's released and you're good to buy.
Pretty sure you can build an aftermarket trolley handle for the wheel as I see so many bolts on the top you can attach it to. No trolley handle is a deal breaker for me personally, but still exciting to see new EUC companies, and I wish them success!
Thanks. I'm trying to do an unbiased review so I haven't been watching other content. I'd prefer testing the actual wheel then pictures and spec's 🙂 I talk to Jack directly as needed.
i've seen enough of the outside, I want to see the insides, rip it guts open. I am excited for the suspension upgrade and tire change. ill take a easy tire change over no trolley or seat. looking how the suspension sits in the closed position i see a great after market opportunity for seats. what a great company supporting the 3rd party accessory market for every day blokes making a side hustle on accessories.
Thanks Marty, a great introduction and I'm looking forward to your first ride impression. You're a natural in front of the camera. Stay safe 6 pac Gord
It's interesting that people don't get the value of this type of wheel. Sure you might not switch the suspension in the middle of a ride. But what if I'm doing street today then go out with some people to do trails/offroading the next? Being able to raise my pedals for off-road and lower my pedals for street stability is awesome. And max suspension travel isn't always the best feel for all types of riding. This wheel is the large allarounder I've been wanting. The idea of having tons of wheels is awesome. If you got tons of wheels money. But this solution is the best I've ever seen for a wheel that can be 2+ wheels in one! Way to go Nosfet!
Cool looking front light and adjustable suspension. No waterproofing on the buzzer and its connection is a shame because how you'd respect the beeps when buzzer is flooded :)
Interesting wheel, looks really well built and its great to see some competitors to the usuals. I very rarely use my trolly handle but its nice to have it when you do need it. I do hope they can sort out a seat. Here in the UK you can preorder the Lynx for £3600 and the Apex for £3180. This is a massive chunk of money. Then a Begode Extreme for £2600.
thanks Marty for the unboxing, I have the impression that there are already several problems on this wheel... already the lack of trolley, which I stipulated to the designer... 2nd thing, no mudguard in the middle or in front, I wonder if the water will not go up on the shock absorber side and water the buzzer in front...?? 3rd thing, I find that the slide plate cannot go down any further! to go down lower the power pads for the thin feet! the pedals do not seem great and in addition no angle adjustment at first sight, having had both, I much prefer a spring shock absorber for the ease of adjustment on the ground than having to always take out a pump, which the one supplied with seems annoying in terms of accessibility... no contact cut-off either... riding seated is going to be very complicated! despite the price of around $3500 announced, I have the impression that Nosfet has gone to the economy a little everywhere...for the price of other more complete and originally Mosfet has found an ingenious system to adjust the suspension height!! but we have to swallow the savings on the other side..I don't think that will be enough...🤷
very nice impression and for it is just the trolley handle they need a version with trolley I can’t always ride from point zero to point A. If I am at work I have to trolley it can’t ride inside building, the no trolley just a dumb move 💯 we all use wheel for different things
You are soooo lucky as usual Marty 😁. Very curious of your video series about this wheel. Totally agree on your comment regarding the trolley. Not having a trolley, I think it’s really show stopper for a lot of wheelers, in particular on that category of wheel. So except if it’s only a very specialized wheel for racing, I think they should find a by default solution for that. Global quality seems great. And I’m very curious of your feedback on this specific suspension mechanism. Enjoy Marty !
Competition is good but I'll stick to my Lynx for now. If they can either make a good low cost lightweight suspension wheel or long range wheel then maybe.
Interesting wheel but with some shortcomings, namely the lack of a trolley handle, seat, fairing plates and pads (these in the video are provided by ewheels). Furthermore, a new pedal hanger design with no compatibility with former designs is an interesting choice and as it seems no adjustability of the dihedral angle.
I’ve noticed lately that I don’t use my trolley handle anymore on my SS. Most rides I only step off to charge, and I live close enough to a grocery store that I’ll take my V5F.
They apparently opened up the design online for 3D printing mods. We're going to see a lot of seat and trolley handle for this I think. I checked out the Apex at eevee's. This wheel is a game changer.

It's a loved feature for many. They should do a variant with trolley or let user option it at the purchase time. An integrated trolley sold as an option but we'll integrated with the design (well thought into terms of ergonomics, design, placement, maneuvering), like a module would be nice. - the beeper seems cheap and not on par with the rest of the wheel that looks amazing. - I would not include even the charger so the user can choose a good one and the type (small one or powerful fast one), and again lower final price and less waste since the buyer could reuse his charger that already owns. Hope all the safety features are top notch (and I hope there is that feature of failsafe on hall sensor like the Leaperkim wheels) Hope the rims is real tubeless native.

Interesting you mentioned 3 leaper Kim chargers failing. What symptoms did you have? My Sherman S charger is acting up where the wheel temporarily turns on for 1 second when plugged in to charge and then shuts off. Then i have to disconnect charger port, ac cord to charger, then cord to wall and retry. Then it works to charge.
Two chargers only output 2-amps and one stopped charging entirely. Best to get yourself a good fast charger, and don't wait for the stock charger to fail 🙂
Marty, I'd be curious to know if this headlight could be used on the lynx? Does it have the aux style connection? Could it potentially bolt straight up since it is a collab with leaperkim?
Awesome! Thank you Marty!! When you do your tire change or tear down or have free time will you verify if it would fit the lynx. Super curious if it would bolt right in or at least fit inside of the handles. Seems to be an awesome looking light that id love to throw on my lynx. Cant wait for your reviews to see how it performs.
I've always felt like the trolley handle was hugely important and I didn't really think that many people cared until I started seeing all the comments on this video haha. An euc is an euc after all and practicality/convenience is front an center to an euc at least imo. I'm waiting for an EUC manufacturer one day to release an EUC kit where we could decide to add or omit things like trolley handles, lights, displays, bumpers, etc. It seems like that would make the most sense. Anyway.

@@steveo6034 Not sure the story. No doubt the Spanish and Chinese have different versions of that. What I think happened Recio engaged the owner of Beidou to make a prototype. I saw a vid of him testing one in Spain. He asked for some mods then..? My guess is there were no orders from Recio and Beidou wanted to get some money back on their development costs. Sure the concept was Recio but Beidou had to make sidepanels etc... so I guess they did a small run for Ali sellers and marketed it as a retro wheel. Of course I could be completely off the mark...this is just my thoughts based on what I have seen on the internet.
Looks interesting. I have no issues with lack of trolley, they've been pointless for my couple years of riding. I hope the suspension and build quality holds up to abuse, might consider one down the line.

For the usecase intended with this wheel it makes perfect sense that there is no trolley and seat. However, the issue I have is that they will not suddenly redesign their linkage and top section for their next wheel meaning it seems like Nosfet wheels will just not have either of those things from factory ever. Because it's made by a new company there will be a lot of buzz around this wheel but it really is just a Lynx with linkage and abysmal amenities. Bottom line is until we see the trolley and seat from Beidou this wheel has no appeal for commuters as its only strength is the suspension. I have no doubt off roaders and especially jumpers will be very excited though this will very likely be 2025 top jumping wheel. As for the track, no shot. Well for Intro2speed or small tracks it will do well, probably better than the Lynx because of sus delete but put this next to a ET Max or GT pro at AVS and it will look like a toy.
I love its adjustabilities with suspension, kick stand, and the headlight, but I dont think it will last in offrading. It needs alot of protection panels. Especially the front handles, it's very thin and it wouldn't handle one tumble. Overall, it looks like a mean machine for racing.
$3500 and no trolley handle? ... Hard pass ... but all the best NOSFET. Glad to see a new manufacturing company in the game ... Thanks Marty for the overview.
if youre using it just for track racing its better to not have a trolley handle and seat i guess. the weight of those parts can be put on other stuff. like beefier battery casings.
I honestly cant remember the last time i used my trolley handles. I think the lack of seat or comfortable place to sit is more of a concern for me but. If i where to use this as a jump wheel or trail wheel only I wouldn’t be to worried.

Still if you're gonna spend this amount of money, might as well just get the lynx now that prices will fall with this next wave

Well, I was really, really about to pull the trigger on the Blitz. Then suddenly I heard a whisper about a x way coming to conquer the market, and waited a little longer to hear only great things about it. It's a complete wheel. Pads. Seat. And the way the market seems to be going, a trolley handle (as a supposedly bonus...😂). Well, suddenly the same happened: wait a little bit more, cause a new wheel is coming to conquer it all....😮 And I waited. Till today. I could give up on the seat. I could give up on the pads, (😊but we shouldn't), but I won't give up on the trolley handle. No way. Some years ago, I broke my handle on a msx 84v I had.....and while waiting for it to arrive I hated the experience to roll the wheel without a trolley....I simply hated it. No more no handle....😂 I am going to pull the trigger on the x way. For sure. But I do like the Apex. It's a nice design. But they have to go a little further to conquer the costumer that doesn't live at a race track..... Great vid!
I think you should add a follow up now that youve probably consumed other reviewers content and the wrongway interview and talk about your experiences with their discussed design decisions and say if theyre valid, or just your opinions on their opinions lol, all im saying is, i want that video id watch it, id tell me friends about it if you made it.
Trolly handle a deal breaker. It's not used just for shopping but generally moved from a to b. On roads have to use pedestrian crossings in some situations so no for me.
If it's a wheel designed for Performance / Racing over grocery getting and commuting, then it makes sense to not have a handle. I definitely get more of a "stripped interior, project track car" vibe from this wheel. That said an aftermarket or add on handle / seat/ other creature comforts would be a good option for those who want one. Hopefully the adjustable suspension is up to the task of taking a beating and not dropping. Really looking forward to more developments from Nosfet!
I like the design... But i dont get the idea. The specs are worse then the Lynx which is already obsolete.... Since Gotway has better wheels now. And the troley handle is a MUST, it's like selling a car without doors.
Yeah but it was a nice looking place, would be nice to return (and see the temps nowadays). Mt Wilson off-road trail also was a nice place and it has been nice to see it again with Ron Lion recent video
Too bad for Jack and his team: unlike speakers or RGBs, people actually use trolley handles/actually ride seated. By the omittion of those two silly details, they've alienated just about every conceivable rider. Which sucks, cuz the couple of petty things they did wrong totally take away from the game changing things they seem to have done right... a blight on an otherwise superior-looking wheel. I still might get it tho! 🙄 But Im pissed
This one is the most real one till now. Double light well spaced and with red color, not blue or other fancy color. Seems a motorcycle one. Hope it's strong enough
@@ArduinaMaini jajajaja I'm sorry but the tail lights on this wheel are crap. The two LEDs don't work as taillights. We need a real rear light like the V13 from inmotion.

I am going to pull the trigger on the x way. For sure. But I do like the Apex. It's a nice design. But they have to go a little further to conquer the costumer that doesn't live at a race track.....
Great vid!
Good points
Please make a comparison video to the Lynx. I genially don't see big differences. Thank you!
Functionally there is a huge difference, but yes, maybe not how it rides.
Competition is great for us, but I don’t understand how this licensing deal helps LK.
I guess we’ll never know the details.
It doesn’t, but it definitely helps China
I think you should add a follow up now that youve probably consumed other reviewers content and the wrongway interview and talk about your experiences with their discussed design decisions and say if theyre valid, or just your opinions on their opinions lol, all im saying is, i want that video id watch it, id tell me friends about it if you made it.
Unfortunately I have not consumed over reviewers content. I barely have time to create my own :-)
Trolly handle a deal breaker. It's not used just for shopping but generally moved from a to b. On roads have to use pedestrian crossings in some situations so no for me.
Extreme Bull is not a new company???
A flashing light is actually illegal in some countries.
Kind of, but not really. It's Begode with different makeup 🙂 But I get your point.
@@ElectricUnicycles You mean Extreme Bull is still Gotway 🤣😂
They can't ship with pads or they will be sued by begode :(
If it's a wheel designed for Performance / Racing over grocery getting and commuting, then it makes sense to not have a handle. I definitely get more of a "stripped interior, project track car" vibe from this wheel. That said an aftermarket or add on handle / seat/ other creature comforts would be a good option for those who want one. Hopefully the adjustable suspension is up to the task of taking a beating and not dropping. Really looking forward to more developments from Nosfet!
definitely makes sense but going for the niche within the niche is risky. It seems the aftermarket promises to fill these shortfalls though.
The hardware looks very nice
I like the design... But i dont get the idea.
The specs are worse then the Lynx which is already obsolete.... Since Gotway has better wheels now.
And the troley handle is a MUST, it's like selling a car without doors.
Our specs are the same as the Lynx 😊
The Lynx is obsolete???
Take it up overheat hill
I think overheat hill belongs to the past... Every wheel now eats it pretty easily.
Yeah but it was a nice looking place, would be nice to return (and see the temps nowadays). Mt Wilson off-road trail also was a nice place and it has been nice to see it again with Ron Lion recent video
Apex is like apex predators
Too bad for Jack and his team: unlike speakers or RGBs, people actually use trolley handles/actually ride seated. By the omittion of those two silly details, they've alienated just about every conceivable rider. Which sucks, cuz the couple of petty things they did wrong totally take away from the game changing things they seem to have done right... a blight on an otherwise superior-looking wheel.
I still might get it tho! 🙄 But Im pissed
No trolley handle? Not buying for sure
Liking the video before even watching it. 😁
Why don't EUC manufacturers make real taillights? In Europe, they're mandatory :(
This one is the most real one till now. Double light well spaced and with red color, not blue or other fancy color. Seems a motorcycle one. Hope it's strong enough
@@ArduinaMaini jajajaja
I'm sorry but the tail lights on this wheel are crap. The two LEDs don't work as taillights.
We need a real rear light like the V13 from inmotion.
Not really convincing, gov'nor... Let's see her racing, maybe we flip...
Какой душный, еле досмотрел. Невыносимо долго смотреть на такое повествование
Thank you for taking the time to leave a compliment. People like yourself make the world a better place!

I don't like it. Way too big.
85lbs? Iirc lighter than lynx
