Kimi didn't get a reprimand for the front wing incident in Monaco : not being able to see it was stuck under his body work, he thought he could reach the pits (which the team radio-confirmed at that point) to have it replaced, but when it became clear it wasn't getting unstuck, he parked the car at the nearest safe sport, marshalls decided.
I agree with you on the incident with the yellow flag.

I was at the race this weekend and actually walked the track Sunday afternoon and it was spectacular.
i though räikkönen got that misconduct thing from driving into the tunnel with the front wing (he couldn't do anything to avoid the contact with grosjean because it's monaco and he had a broken frontwing)

That was definitely weird, the game saying that you did an illegal overtake when Nico Hülkenberg was involved in an incident. Normally, you would get away with it when these drivers get involved in an incident. Anyway, I thought that the race was interesting for the unexpected AI collisions, such as that Nico Rosberg lost his front wing and fell down the order, plus Kimi Räikkönen taking a second pit stop, though him closing up to within five seconds would affect your results thanks to that penalty.
Might as well call your channel Bloody Hell Tiametmarduk and a Half Dot Com

the ilegal overtake was right, (for computer's rules) because you overtake exactly when nico was released from the incident, so, the "computer" understand that he came back to racing. Although wouldn't happen in real life
same happened to me in Australia .. i overtook Ricciardo ,who has a pauncher and i got 5 seconds, hamilton overtook him too and nothing.. I won the GP by 0.2 seconds

You could argue that the only reason Force India didn't collapse after its first season is due to the rule changes for 2009. Without those changes, the team would have, in all likelihood, remained the equivalents of the Manors for those years till it folded.

Sadly, a yellow flag means don't overtake, period. The only exception is if that car is stopping, but you need to be prepared to slow down enough to see if they can get untangled. When you drove next to HUL he had just moved right and ready to keep going. This game doesn't have double yellows though, which I think this would have required. (my humble opinion)
Question - If you want to keep it as real as possible, why don't you use cockpit camera? I believe it is much more realistic. Just curious.

I will tell why the AI seem so slow .. because they are not cutting corners, because they are not doing risky overtakings which deserve penalty, because they are driving in a way which preserves tyres for later on ... ideally, the way you are driving, the tyres wn't last more than 3 laps, but yea the gameplay doesn't destroy the tyres as in a real race ...
