Our tips include, always ensure your marine engines are well serviced.
Most important is the tanks are cleaned.
Other things include a thorough check up of all hoses, pipes, pumps, clamps, everything to ensure you will not face any water, fuel leakages on your journey. A professional captain is a must, with crew who have done long journeys before and with engine, machinery expertise.
The crew before departing, must test the boat as many times as possible, and after the testing there should be no alarms, no abnormalities and no leakages of any kind.
Emergency gear, and communication equipment is also a must.
