Great advice. I am an adjuster myself, and this is correct. makes my work harder when I have to worry about this,

Padding your estimate can only lead to bad things, or worse, jail.

I agree 100% Mike! And it reduces the credibility of the entire industry when you do.

My insurance adjuster approved the mitigation estimate for my home, the mitigator did not use all the stuff he estimated, yet billed me for the full amount of $6900, extra charge was about $500. what should I do as a homeowner?

is writing reports for an adjuster something that can be outsourced? Anyone know? I live outside the country now and was looking for something to get into for some side work.

I work daily claims....and a ton of them constantly
if I catch you lying on an estimate or using too many fans/dehus/scrubbers/etc.....you will regret it....I am an elephant and I don
t forget....and you are gonna deal with me....over....and over....and over!

hey dark Light you seem pretty savy in this field, is writing reports something that can be outsourced? I have 16 years construction experience, but live outside of the country. I was thinking of learning one of these programs and looking for some side work???

If you were not underpaying on every single claim maybe everybody would be honest! 🤔

Mucho puffing and puffing and very little real input on the subject matter IMO?

    and btw
    it isn't necessarily about "metrics"
it is about being a crook and a liar, and it pisses us off!
