Agree with you on grading base. It grades better and sells faster than most parallels. A lot of hobby narratives are dead wrong.
It’s just influencers trying to manipulate the hobby. They eal in high dollar stuff sure. But they all know that flipping a $3 base card for $75 with a $25 fee = profit.
Can’t go wrong hitting an auto out of retail 🔥

I’d sub to SGC and get quicker turnaround before some of these prospect prices tank. Cheaper and faster.
The hobby box is expensive and it is not worth it. I like blaster because it is cheaper and gets some good stuff.
would buying 8 of these get me a autograph or should i buy mega boxes?
Well there's not guarantee you'd get an auto no matter what you bought but I would say 8 blaster boxes would be more likely you would get at least 1 auto (and it would still be cheaper $240 than a Hobby Box with 1 auto $270) You would definitely get more parallels out of 8 blaster boxes than a hobby though and that's what you are really looking for. Mega Boxes are all about the 2 Mojo exclusive parallel packs , I'm not sure if I'll be buying those at this point but historically they have been higher risk/reward than blasters.

People like me are moving from base to low end PSA 10s and 9s. Don’t listen to the guys that have multi million dollar collections that are saying not to grade base or that PSA is the only reputable grading company.
