@@organizeyourempire I do have one question - I do one day and one week intensives - is there a way to add the scheduler to the whole proposal/contract/invoice set up?
@@Deanna.G There is not. if you use the scheduler for that you can only do the scheduler and invoice. You could book the client with a proposal, contract, and invoice and then just send them the scheduler to book the session after they have booked.

Hi Kristal, how do i attach both contract and invoice to a dubsado email / workflow
You'd need to create an email in the workflow that has the contract & invoice link smart fields in it.
I wish I had seen this video before setting up my client on Honeybook. I’ll definitely be using Dubsado for my VA business though. Time tracking for each project is perfect! My only question is, can you have multiple projects dates linked to one project in order to send one invoice? That’s the only issue I really have with HoneyBook.
Sadly no but you can create custom fields for other dates. Every system I run into only looks at one date per project or task. Maybe use a project management tool for your projects and another for payment?

Thanks for this... quick question and I may have missed it. Can I have projects listed that my employees can voluntarily choose to do?
I say the answer to this is yes because the projects will show up in Dubsado and just be available for anyone on the team to jump in and do as long as they have the right permissions.

This was wonderfully explained clearly. When you do a form does it trigger to send the next form workflow automatically or you need to do it manually? Near the end of your information on "workflows tab" in explaining the functions it looks automatic....I am very impressed sooo far on this CRM. I want to connect my photography business to it. But I heard being on a mobile phone as an app, is not available is this right? You are great explaining, thank you.
There is currently no app for Dubsado but the layout of the tool is user-friendly in my opinion. You can send forms through workflows automatically or manually. I would recommend putting a workflow in place if you want forms to send automatically after other tasks are complete. I hope that helps 💛
@@organizeyourempire This does help. I use a workflows with "Flodesk" for emailing clients. Just was not sure between this program and "Honeybook" program with workflows. (I am needing a trigger system, one form filled in by client and triggers the next workflow), I am a Photographer and needing it for photography sessions. Thank you for letting me see the differences by visual explaining. I use "Setmore" currently but unable to book sessions back to back...I have asked but they are not creating which is such a shame. This visual video was step by step explained so clearly that it is enough for me to go ahead! Thank you Crystal👏👏👏

How easy is it to switch from mail chimp to dusado using square space
Hi Rochelle. Dubsado is not an email marketing software. It's a client management software to manage projects with clients for your services. There are no mass emailing capabilities in Dubsado yet. Embedding your Dubsado lead capture form to Squarespace is really easy because of the tutorial that Dubado gives in the help docs though.

You can integrate Dubsado and Trello together if you use zapier.

I actually use 1800 x 200px for desktop and 768 x 200px for the mobile version. Canva is great for something like this!

You can send contracts, invoices, and more for your business. It helps you manage leads, book clients with a proposal, and helps you manage project tasks for your projects with your clients. Still confused?
