Hadn’t the foggiest clue this existed! Only in recent years have I become addicted to 80s synth-pop and as a result a Depeche Mode fan. Keane have been around in my life much longer, swear down, music of my childhood, so seeing them cover this masterpiece makes me all giddy.
This song was the first song that made me like the “alternative” music genre, if you can even call this song that. A classic in my book sang beautifully here.
