Prayers for your hands. I have an odd suggestion….I have autoimmune conditions, and started using Vicks Vapo Rub on my hands. It works wonders for me. It’s worth a try, just massage it into your fingers and wrists. Clears your sinuses too😂blessings

Sorry your hands are hurting. Be kind to them. Even though they are a pain at times. They are useful! But I hear you . I have RA , and a couple other A's. Life! Right?!? :)
