Is there a trial version for the circa software? I don´t know if thsi siftware fits to my data, som I would love to have a trial version. If it fits, I would buy it definitley.
Data viz in general (and this type of plot in particular) can be used to communicate results with other scientists or as part of your own data exploration to find results worth sharing in the first place. I made my own first circos plot because I was looking at large structural variants like inter-chromosomal translocations and wanted to see an overview of where the translocations were happening across the genome. It's really good for whole-genome views of data. A plot is never going to single-handedly come up with solutions for a disease though, it's just part of the process of us as scientists understanding what the data is telling us :)
Circa is already half price for academics/nonprofits/government, which is actually 94% of users. There are some great free options out there, e.g. multiple R packages and the original circos itself. These other tools and libraries have a higher learning curve than Circa but can be great options depending on your budget.

Nice work, i think if there is a skinny version for a free trial to test if this is the right product for users, the trial could help with sales
