This was one of the most informative lecture as i have gone thru lots of PD grand round and lectures. I am psychiatrist myself. when ever i took sinemet with carbonated drinks it was quicker to affect of meds.

What about using Safinamide? I Experienced Over reacting. Dr. Then made the dose half..finally ended up increasing dose of senemet.
