Man this song takes me back to the days I DOUSED myself with DXM. Walking wonku as hell fully dissociated from class to class... Man times were much easier in high school. Lol
Back in the day, most dance songs were 7-8-9 minutes plus...heavy overlap between intro and outro of each track was the allure, and the treatment of merging melodies and rythym over a 60 to 90 second period, plus song arrangement, was a part of the appreciation of a good DJ. That characteristic was a HUGE part of dance, and that's why intro and outros still exist.

But Myon and Shane 54 turn this emotional, heavy hitting track into an energized, uplifting masterpiece. I love 7L, but the M&S-54 addition makes it that much better, almost as a "escape" or freedom from the story behind the lyrics. In fact, I would prefer the M&S-54 drop twice :D

It's funny, because Seven Lions works with a lot of big names (Ellie Goulding, Florence Welch, Lights, Lynn Gunn, etc.), but he still flies under the radar compared to other popular EDM producers.
