Or maybe she also has all of FSN Matou Sakura's memories? HF Sakura might've known about the link between Shirou and Emiya from the way it was possible to transplant Archer's arm onto Shirou's body, so maybe Melt just somehow has acces to that knowledge? I don't think it was ever explained, so I can only theorize about it.
