I'm really excited for you and your family! The shop doesn't make you relatable...that little voice that yells "DAD" in the middle of the video, you saying " I'm calling it for the day cuz we have a game or awards for the girls to go to" ... Those are the things that make you relatable to me. My dad raised me and I was his go-fer assistant when I was hotrods age. Now I have grandsons who go school and they brag about their grandma who taught them at 5 and 6 years old how to change the oil or rebuild a carb. My family and I are so proud of you!! You've worked hard for this for you and for that beautiful family!!!
Great Video. You should take a picture out of the mini truck Dually video of the tree that was growing out from the mini truck Dually and put it on a sticker. The only one in the world and that is your 1984 Toyota Dolphin.
Don’t worry. We’re all here because we like who you are. Upgrading your shop doesn’t make you less relatable. It makes you more so. Work towards your dreams!
Dude....I wouldn't lose any sleep about being " relatable", the thing that will remain "relatable" regardless of unlevel concrete.. two car garage or big shop with a 12000lb lift is the fact that you have talent...a truly unique sense of humor and a genuine devotion to your family....you keep doin you, everything else will be fine 🙂
Your last video inspired me to get off my ass. The last thing I needed to do on my S-10 was brake work. New wheel cylinders, shoes and new lines. It's been off the road since 02. Thanks for the encouragement, love the vids.
I'm not watching you because you're relatable. All I want is to see you succeed because I'm watching you because you're a down to earth kind of person and you're entertaining. Your give a damn level is at the exact right amount. You got this we'll be along for the ride
I think it’s great that folks like you and Mortske are progressing in the work that you do on UA-cam and that translates into improving how you’re able to do it. Nothing wrong with being someplace that better suits your needs.
Puddin' has the best hydration plan on UA-cam. Water, then spicy pickle juice, immediately followed by Pedialyte. No wonder he is always kicking ass and taking names.
Hey Puddin, you've quickly become one of my favorite UA-camrs. You've got personality and style that just puts a smile on my face. Keep on keepin on, brother!
CONGRATS!! You know, just use 1/4 to work in to show us all we don't need huge shops to work in. we understand that you may need to have more than one project in progress at a time to keep the videos coming. a bigger shop will allow you to do that! keep it up, loving the videos and humor.
Absolutely fantastic news about your shop and house , hope you and your family are very happy and prosperous, well deserved you should be extremely proud of what you have all accomplished, I sincerely wish you all the luck in the world, well done and congratulations, much love xx
Very happy for you and your family, you deserve a new shop!! You put yourself out there You earned this never apologize for something that you need!! I wish you and your family the best!!!!!!! The truck looks awesome by the way
Buddy, you talking bout plastics made you relatable for me. Spent better part of a decade working in plastics. Die setter, process tech. Tools ranged from 500lbs, to 50,000lbs. Presses the size of a 3 bedroom home. Good times.
Congratulations on being one step closer to your dream shop living proof of what hard work does and when you set your mind to it you can achieve anything
Hot damn. I'm happy to catch the will it run on the Datsun. I can't wait to see that sucker goin. I hope everybody's having a good one. Thanks, Puddin. 🤙🏾
Any engine is gonna be broken in within 20-30 minutes of running for the first time. Rings are seated, all that good stuff, but you're absolutely right about varying the rpms. The reason for this is on deceleration from higher rpms, the high vacuum sucks the rings to the bore and creates the best seal possible, as well as helping to suspend any material coming off so it can exit through the exhaust.
You should be proud of yourself puddin, you and your family have worked so hard, you know when life gives you lemons 🍋, you really have worked hard for this, you and your family deserve this, congrats brother ❤️
It was sitting for 10 years before I bought my 1972 dodge d10/w200 mud truck (400ci) and after a couple weeks and too much money I was so dang happy to hear the headers ring. Proud of you bro
Been there. I love the progress on the Datsun King! Keep it up. You've earned that new shop, and you'll have your new home before you know it. Thanks again for making Monday's bearable!
Hell yeah Puddin'! Watching your channel grow and all of the projects has been a treat and I don't see that changing! Keep doin what you do, congrats on the new shop!
Been there still there a year later. Hey Puddin thank you for moving us all a long with you an your fam. I have been love these videos each week. It is much better then a tv show.😊
That was such an awesome moment to hear that thing run, I was so happy for you that it fired up so good. Nice motivation to keep going. Proud moment for you and all of us watching!!!
the person you are and the interactions with you family that we see along with how you speak to us, try to teach us little tricks you learned to do with limited tools . when you could just take the easy way around since you have a collection of tools now but nope you care about us and work harder for us!!! thats what makes you relatable , thanks for letting us in your garage and be apart of the family!!! best channel on youtube hands down!!
First reminder is for tomorrow being taco tuesday, so be ready. Its now the next monday again after this epic episode and I'm so excited for for us all. (people from the future who are binging this man. savor it... that's not creepy. you're creepy!)
You deserve to be proud of yourself, Puddin! You've worked your tail off and kept things interesting for your subs. Good for you Puddin! Good for you!! You had 20k or 30k subs when I started watching. You have grown like an explosion!
Been there. But man oh man, when you get that project fired up for the first time? That is a special kind of joy, no lie! One of the best feelings in the world, baby!
so stoked for you dude. Ive been following for a few months now and the progress of this truck is insane. you put in so much effort and it shows. I can tell you're tired but damn dude you're doing such a great job. I cant wait to see the future shop and what it has in store for you.
Been there many times, bro. Congratulations on the first start. For me, there is no better feeling than starting one for the first time after you have been working on it for years. It's even better when the machine is one that you care about. Congratulations on all of your success! It sure has been fun following you along for the ride.
Another awesome video! Those 32/36 weber carbs are awesome for those old 4 cylinder motors. Look into installing the Sync Link kit on it, you will not be disappointed in the increased performance with both the barrels opening at the same time rather than the delay on the 36. You'll thank me ;)
Besides for the fab on the rear links and bags, this is my favorite part. This is when you have to figure it all out. I have built several trucks in the last 5 years, and love watching others do it when I aint. Dang sure can't watch decent TV anymore. And being from and living in NC, we call that color....CAROLINA BLUE, come on.
Dude that's soooo dam awesome!!! Brother congratulations on your property 👏 !!!!!! Can't wait for ya to get out there and do a property video. Your working your ass off, you deserve it!!
Your right Puddin, that moment when you have been tearing your hair out and scraping your knuckles when you slip on that stubborn nut to hear it spring back in to life is bliss. Looking good, sounding fine. Cheers Puddin keep them coming.

Dude I'm 46 and finally got my own shop at 44 after working in a tiny garage and having all my stuff scattered to the 4 winds for years. I'm proud of ya getting a bigger/better shop. As your channel grows, you'd need one anyway. I'm happy when one of my fav content creators on youtube suceeds.
keep on keeping on sir..you and your family are doing great...ever forward sir.. i wish i had more money to buy more of your stuff...my wife and i respect your persistence....NJ
I've been using the mountain double ended wratchet set for 3 years. Bought in the snapon truck for $180. There retail for that set is now $300. I have had 2 friends buy the same set on Amazon at the time for $90 and then again for $110. 1 friend had his 13mm break cause he was dumb lol. They had him a new one in 2 days. And got to keep the old one too. Which being double ended still has a useful 15mm 😁
Really excited to see the progress on this truck would be cool if minitruckin mag was still around to publish a feature about it The progress has gave me motivation to work on my lawn ordiments
@P-Tang when you get to checkin the alternator and finishing that up don't forget to clean the ground point on your slotted adjuster. BTW love the build.
man I cant wait till you hit 250K, 500K, 1 mil subs! If I only lived in Oklahoma, I'd be the weird old guy hanging out and helping. Great work on a sick truck!
I'm really excited for you and your family! You have worked hard....you deserve a new shop. Don’t worry what anybody says.
I don't think you could be more relatable driving the tow-rolla with the destroyed interior.
Right 😂😂 it’s so normal to me I didn’t even think of that being the perfect background for that talk lol
Damn near gave you a standing ovation when she turned over 👏
Jake, never apologize for improving your situation. We all want the best for you and the family. Congratulations!
I’m an old guy and I haven’t laughed so much since I started watching your channel! Absolutely hysterical!

45:02 "We're gonna do our best to pretend that just didn't happen, OK." Hahahaha shit like this is why this is the best channel on YT.
The amount of editing you do is impressive. Some don't realize the time that this takes.
You and Bill priming the engine was outstanding and very entertaining.
Hot dam yes it must be Monday ! Thanks for all the fun puddin !

@jerguns junk did you find that bolt Puddin dropped?
@jerguns junk I'd order them from Top End Performance. Less than $50 and makes such a huge difference. Cheers
