This video was very helpful thanks for the tips and info I believe that's exactly what happened to my 150cc mope scooter I just bought it 2 month ago and out of no where it dosnt want to start and the kickstart feels really loose I even bought a new battery thinking it was the battery but still

This was a helpful video. My 2009 Genuine RH50 kickstarter was really rough and jammed in cold weather, especially. So I took it apart, cleaned it all out of gunk and metal shavings, regreased all gears etc. Now it works perfectly again. Thanks!
My kick starter works, but despite the spring still being attached it doesn't come back up. A real hassle when I haven't ridden my bike for months and I will need to kick start it and it will take 150 kicks.
@@cdereflex1900 facts 💯 the only difference is you have 50cc 125cc 150cc 250cc motors different setting but for most same process just take yurh time working on that
Mine I just replaced because the broken weld on the spindle half gear. Now it kicks. Feels rough to kick. Het stuck on the way back sometimes. Takes a few kicks down but it starts. It just makes this awful. Circular saw on metal grinding sound while it's running. If I apply pressure to the kickstart lever from a side angle the grinding stops. I need to know how to deal with it. I got no clue.

would of been helpful if we can see the all disassembly etc... right now I'm confused about what I'm even seeing...
the worm gear makes contact with the middle bolt not the gear its self. the only thing that touches the gear is the electric starter.

no the pinion gear is stuck pushed out that's why the starter motor doesn't rotate because the pinion gear is stopping from the crank from turning
