Same as the fat football fans (both European and American) that wear their team jerseys. You had nothing to do with it. Both of them are EXTRAORDINARY racers.....we are blessed to see their battles. Impressive crowd size! Well behaved to except for the usual French smoke bombers which don't add anything. Lacked a brass band though and those loud plastic horns don't count and if there was one by me I'd rip it out of their hands! Thanks for the coverage this season CX, you rock!
@@carlosr2906 The starting position depends on the points in the World Cup. Wout van Aert was injured for a long time and was therefore only able to start the season very late. Normally the rule is good to see the best fighting at the front. But in this case it's a shame, he would have been van der Poel's only real rival.
UCI handed this win at the start to MVP by placing Wout Van Aert in row 4…shameful way to treat a true competitor who could have made this race highly competitive had he been staged in row 1 or 2…
