I went to SHEIN and had 54 dollars in stuff and when I went to check how much the total would be and it said 74 dollars do they always chard 20 some dollars for shipping?
Hummm yeah, I have never had to pay shipping with Shein. But I usually do a fairly large order so maybe you didn't hit the free shipping threshold or something.

It would have been free. I never pay for shipping. It sounds like the express box was checked.
