yes, “onesie” is a trademark of Gerber. It has become synonymous with a baby bodysuit the same way, Kleenex is a brand name that most people use to refer to facial tissue, but it is probably risky to use it in listings.
@@therapydesigns ok. Ty Jelly! Love all the different product tutorials!!! I am always excited for your very creative tutorials and highly recommend your channel to everyone for “how to create and be unique”….happy holidays!!
@@therapydesigns thank you soooo much actually at that time I watch only one video now I'm watching gradually your videos... wanted to start my online store... you are the only one who have clearly mentioned everything... no one tells from where to start you tell us about every platform from where you are designing and everything.. thank you once again from now on only watching your videos only... if I have confusion I will ask you only
Hey kelly, could you please recommend print-on-demand companies that offer customization for baby onesies, toddler t-shirts, and youth t-shirts similar to the services provided by Printify and Printful?
RedBubble has kids apparel but if you wan to offer customizable items I'd just use printify and printul linked to an Etsy or Amazon Seller Central account.
Great videos but a word of warning. Don't use the term Onesie unless you are selling a genuine Gerber made Onesie. They owns the exclusive right to use the mark "Onesies". They are quick to send cease and desist letters. Not worth getting caught. Easier to say baby one piece outfit.
Thanks for mailing these videos. I enjoy them!😅😊
Too cute!!!
Is “onsie” trademarked? I was told to use “body suite” ty for your video tutorials!!

Yes probably better to use body suite to be safe.
Though, I did just check to see if the word onesie was trademarked and it was not listed for clothing.

@@therapydesigns thanks a lot kelly for your hard work just to let us know that it isn't trademarked. God bless you.
Kindly make a video on all over prints on onesies that covers legs
what printing platform are you using? The idea should be similar to all over print shirts.

I can never get the print area that large for POD : ( any tips
The print area differs by product and company. Try another brand. Some shirts have larger print areas than others.
My designs when applied on mockups, shows differences in colors as of the actual design I made....how can I fix this ?
Mockups usually show how the design will actually print. On Printify you can choose between realistic (CMYK) or bright (RBG)
Where can we find designs?
you can research on Amazon or using a research tool and then create your own designs or use POD licensed designs from creative fabrica
@@therapydesigns thank you

Can you use the word if it's actually a Onesie?
