Graham your unboxing videos are definitely the best you give all the information that we need to know . I've been looking for an air fryer oven for a while I really like the look of this one. Those mince pies look delicious
Hi both - morning - I really like this oven - you did a great unboxing - Wendy great pastries - those mince pies came out lovely - never would have thought doing that way - having said that my mam used saucer or cup for years as she didn’t have cutters - see again you taking me do own memory lane - love what you both do ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hi Pauline, the initial look at the hysapientia oven is very promising. The mince pies were quick and came out lovely. I would like to have met your mother. I bet she could show me loads of short cuts. 😂😂😂😂👍 ❤️❤️😍🥰😘👍
Hi Graham, I have the HYSapientia and love it. I did miss the digital buttons at first, but have got used to it. I like the fact that the circular pizza tray I used to use in my main oven (which I haven't used for over a year) fits in the HYSapientia. I watch the Backyard Chef who also has the HYSapientia, and he does most of his cooking using the toast setting unless he only wants the small fan on. Keep up the good work. Think I'll be making Wendys mince pies.❤
Hi Anne, thank you for letting me know you have one and it’s been good. It’s nice to know. We have seen the backyard chef. I think we will be using the toast setting mainly unless we’re baking. Those mince pies were just a little different for us but very nice. Wendy won’t lose me as I drop flakes of puff pastry everywhere I go. 😂😂😂😂😂🥰😍😘❤️
Hi David, it’s nice to know if we get something right and helpful. Please look at our links in the description below the video if you’re interested in any of our items.👍
About twenty years ago i used to work in a diy store on the checkout, a man used to come in with his dog. It was a golden coloured poodle with long floppy ears and a curly coat. The owner had exactly the same coloured hair and curly hair. They were an exact copy of each other
If it malfunctioned and had to be returned, would it have to be shipped back to China? I'm in Canada and shipping is very expensive. I've had that happen with a couple items purchased through Amazon and just took the money loss.
Hi Graham and Wendy, Thinking of the upcoming festive period If you were going to cook a large chook or small turkey, what would be the largest size you would put in?
@@TheMellyc hi, I’m sure I knew your first name but I can’t remember sorry. I’ve just checked and our 2KG turkey crown and it goes in easily with room all round. Merry Christmas 🎄👍
The HYSapientia has basically replace our main oven, being smaller it heats up quicker and uses alot less power, according to the kill a watt energy useage meter it uses about 40% of the power of our large oven going full power, even less at lower temps, cooks quicker and we think better results than the old oven does. Your own rotissary chicken is cheaper and can be flavoured to your tastes, we even rotissary roast pork and beef joints.
Hi, our HYSapientia has been brilliant too. I cooked a 1.8 kg chicken on the rotisserie today. One hour five minutes. 180c so no smoke. Although I think a 1.5 kg fits better. Thank you for the comment 👏👏👏👍
A smart looking oven but like you I think 230 is too high a temp,I've never been above 200 in my air fryer, another thing I was a wee bit worried about was when you were putting the pies in I thought you were going to touch the bottom element, some of these ovens I have seen reviews for recommend you keep the solid baking tray in the bottom to stop food dripping onto the element and to stop you touching them,I would love something like that Graham but I have no more room on my work surface, great video again guys
I Richard, I thought the bottom of the pastry would cook better, we did try a small steak and I put the tray in for those. I did them on the steak setting which is 230c for 12 minutes. It was a bit too rare for us but it did cook it ok. It seems a good air fryer but we will see. 👍
Hi Graham and Wendy, I have to admit i really like that oven, even though it has pre set temperature and times, can you over ride them to put in your own? Sorry i missed a bit of your video, those mince pies turned out fantastic. It got me thinking of all sorts of things, like you could put jam or pie filling in them and make a dome in the top of the pastry, then when they are cooked and cold pipe in some fresh whipped cream with the jam or pie filling, that would be quick and easy. Anyway thanks for the mince pies, Phillip and i have eaten ours already, your helicopter delivery service was very fast too 😂😂😂 💯🤚💕👍💐🎄
Hi Rosemary, the trouble is I just got it and made the video. I’m already finding it’s a good machine. I’ve found so far you can change all the settings. The lower fan speed is only available on bake and up to 140c. It will take time to get used to it. I can deliver by helicopter anytime now you’ve built your helipad on the roof. Don’t ask me to come Christmas Eve, there is some old boy dashing about dressed in red. 😂😂😂😂😍🥰❤️😘👍

Hi tia, it seems a good machine to us. I don’t try to sell things but if it looks good thats all you can say. I really think you will love it. It’s that bit larger but uses about the same power as many smaller air fryers. We cooked steak ,pizza, fish fingers and our Christmas cake cooked really quick and even as well. ❤️👍

This looks like a well made oven, with lots of accessories. Sadly lacking a crevice tool though 🤣🤣🤣 You'll be needing to extend your kitchen with all these gadgets. Looking forward to seeing Wendy 's future bakes 😊
Hi Catherine, that crevice tool got some use in the car. No we weren’t dogging I was vacuuming the car. That Leviot vacuum did a good job. I think this hysapientia is going to be good for baking. I hope you smile like I did at your comment mi duck 😍🥰❤️😘👍

Hi Fran, I hope you see this, look at this HYSapientia through our link. This machine is becoming Wendy’s favourite for baking. Have a look at its actual size. If it fits in your kitchen it’s looking a good buy. Love Graham and Wendy xx
@grahamgetsabout2672 I was gonna say thst oven will be good for pizza before you pulled on out also good for your pies and baking in general vegetable tray bakes and for wide relatively shallow and 'wet' things like lasagne and Shepherds pie
I bought one of these air fryer ovens around 8-9 months ago, what an absolute disappointment i got , the oven is great to look at but is made of very cheap flimsy materials , after around 3-4 months use i noticed rust appearing on and around the screws and other parts, this machine is an absolute nightmare to keep clean as the grease and food stains are almost impossible to remove, i have tried everything without much success . the heating temperatures are not accurate as I've had them tested by a professional , the rotisserie function is a joke, only very small chickens would fit in easily enough. this air fryer is certainly not built to last long, ignore the great reviews about this, people will realise further down the line how crap this thing really is, don't be tempted to buy this cheaply made Chinese junk folks or you'll be disappointed like me. I bet the big bosses from this company are sitting with Ninja air fryers at home because they know they work like they should compared to HYSapientia crap .

When it’s done it says end and hot but you can still here the fan. Will it stop by itself?
Hi, mine is the same and it stops after a few minutes cooling down time. Then you can unplug the unit 👍
What kind of plug in is it? 2 prong/ or 3 prong..??Thats important because of fire..Thank you
