III was pleased to host and sponsor the Financial Institutions in Distress: Recovery, Resolution, Recognition Symposium in conjunction with UNIDROIT on October 20, 2023. The Symposium included several III and other experts in the field who discussed the timely topic of financial institutions in distress and considered its relevance to the wide range of financial institution types, sizes, and structures.
